What are your ID requirements?

In order to get either a piercing or a tattoo at Strange City you must provide one of the two following:

• Piece of government issued photo identification (Driver's License*, Passport, Identification Card, etc)
• Piece of government issued non-photo identification (Birth Certificate, Alberta Health Care, etc) accompanied by supporting reputable photo identification (School ID, Club Card, etc)

*Please note that a temporary Driver's License is not a valid piece of ID. Please plan ahead to bring a different piece of ID that complies with our ID requirements.

We require that you show your ID every single time you are getting either a piercing or a tattoo! We need your ID for our record keeping to comply with Capital Health standards, and we make absolutely no exceptions. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding!
