Shawn Thompson

Since I was a kid, my career plan was to draw for Marvel comics. Shortly thereafter came rock 'n' roll and heavy metal. I pursued rock stardom for many years and did gig posters to satisfy my artistic needs.

More recently I was doing freelance artwork, drawing and writing my comic strip King Shit, which is published in The Nerve magazine.

I sort of fell into tattooing and have never looked back. It has been the most rewarding and most stressful job I've ever had.

My focus is to constantly improve and enjoy a long and successful career as a tattooist. I love custom work the most as it allows me to put my personal stamp on the artwork, and in turn the tattoo.
